- Process Documentation & Business Analysis : Ability to gather, document, and translate business requirements into functional specifications.

- Agile Documentation : Experience with User Stories, Process Flows, EPICs, and Use Cases.

Soft Skills :

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management.

- Strong analytical mindset with attention to data accuracy and integrity.

- Ability to work in agile, cross-functional teams.
