About the Role

We are looking for a strategic and dynamic Head Human Resources to lead the end-to-end HR function and drive transformation across a multi-location healthcare setup. The incumbent will be responsible for building a robust people culture, leading HR strategy, and aligning organizational growth with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead HR transformation and execute the strategic people agenda across all centres.
  • Drive Talent Acquisition, Manpower Planning, and Succession Management for 12 locations.
  • Oversee Compensation & Benefits, Employee Retention and Satisfaction.
  • Strengthen Learning & Development, Capability Building, and Performance Management Systems.
  • Manage HRIS, Compliance, and Statutory Adherence.
  • Introduce data-driven HR analytics and technology-enabled HR processes for efficiency.
  • Oversee Vigilance and Remote Monitoring frameworks to ensure workplace decorum.
  • Build and sustain a people-first culture aligned with expansion plans across Bengaluru, Mumbai, and Hyderabad.

Preferred Candidate Profile

  • 15 to 20 years of experience in HR leadership roles within Healthcare, Diagnostics, or Promoter-Led Listed organizations.
  • Proven exposure to multi-location HR operations.
  • Strong track record of HR transformation, employee engagement, and organizational development.
  • Tech-savvy with an understanding of HR analytics and automation tools.
  • Dynamic and energetic leadership style ideally from promoter-driven setups.

Educational Qualification

  • MBA or equivalent degree in HR or Business Management
