Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chinese Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will be experienced in preparing authentic Chinese dishes, maintaining high-quality standards, and delivering exceptional taste and presentation in line with our brand values.
Key Responsibilities
· Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese dishes, including dim sum, stir-fried items, soups, and specialty entrées.
· Ensure consistency and quality of taste, portioning, and presentation.
· Maintain proper hygiene, safety, and sanitation standards in the kitchen as per hotel policies.
· Assist in menu planning, recipe development, and special promotions.
· Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the kitchen team to ensure adequate supplies.
· Work collaboratively with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations.
· Adhere to food cost and waste reduction guidelines.
· Maintain cleanliness of workstations and follow all HACCP/FSSAI guidelines.
Requirements
· Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Chinese Cook in a hotel, restaurant, or similar culinary environment.
· Strong knowledge of Chinese cooking techniques, ingredients, and equipment.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen.
· Good communication and teamwork skills.
· Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
· Culinary diploma or equivalent certification (preferred but not mandatory).
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹180, ₹204,000.00 per year
