Chat Support Executive

Key Responsibilities
- Customer Inquiry Resolution: Answer customer questions and provide solutions through text-based chat on websites, apps, or social media.
- Troubleshooting: Assist customers in diagnosing and resolving technical problems with products or services.
- Product & Service Guidance: Guide customers on using specific features, placing orders, or understanding product functionality.
- Documentation: Keep accurate records of customer interactions, updating customer information and inputting tickets for future reference.
- Issue Escalation: Identify complex or unresolved issues and escalate them to higher-level support teams or relevant departments for resolution.
- Customer Relationship Management: Build good relationships with customers by maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
- Product Knowledge: Stay updated on product information, company policies, and industry trends to provide accurate support.
- Process Improvement: Gather customer feedback and contribute to improving chat support processes, products, and customer satisfaction.
- Multitasking: Manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously to provide timely support to several customers at once.
