About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Social Media Manager who combines creativity, strategy, and execution to elevate TASC's brand presence across digital platforms. You will be responsible for managing our daily social media operations, coordinating with designers and marketing stakeholders, and ensuring consistent, impactful content delivery across our LinkedIn pages and other channels.

Role & responsibilities

  • Plan, create, and manage engaging social media content (posts, infographics, short videos, reports, etc.) aligned with brand tone and business priorities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams design, content, and leadership to execute campaigns and maintain a consistent posting cadence.
  • Manage day-to-day publishing, scheduling, and engagement across multiple LinkedIn and social media pages.
  • Track, analyse, and report performance KPIs including engagement rate, follower growth, CTR, and lead generation metrics.
  • Use AI and digital tools (e.g., , ChatGPT, Shield, Hootsuite, or Buffer) for content optimization, trend analysis, and performance insights.
  • Coordinate cross-functional feedback, approvals, and market-level alignment for social initiatives.
  • Conceptualize creative ideas for brand campaigns, industry events, and employer branding activities.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience: 5-7 years of proven experience in managing social media (especially LinkedIn) for B2B or corporate brands.
  • Strong storytelling, visual communication, and coordination skills.
  • Experience in developing and executing content strategy across social platforms.
  • Proficiency in analytics and reporting tools for social media performance tracking.
  • Familiarity with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Shield is preferred.
  • Passion for creative storytelling, emerging technologies, and digital innovation.
