Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled Arabic Translator & Marketing Executive to join our dental team. The ideal candidate should be able to handle both Arabic-speaking patients and domestic patients, while also managing marketing activities for the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
Patient Handling & Translation
- Greet and assist Arabic-speaking patients and domestic patients.
- Translate patient concerns and requirements accurately between Arabic and English.
- Support doctors during consultations by providing clear and accurate translation.
- Ensure patients understand treatment plans, procedures, and after-care instructions.
- Maintain professional communication and provide excellent customer service.
Marketing & Promotion
- Manage clinic's marketing activities (offline & online as required).
- Handle social media updates, promotions, and basic content preparation.
- Coordinate local marketing campaigns to increase patient footfall.
- Assist with community outreach and brand awareness activities.
- Work closely with management to plan and execute marketing strategies.
Requirements:
- Fluency in Arabic and English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Previous experience in the dental/medical field preferred.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of marketing and patient management.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced clinic environment.
- Presentable, responsible, and professional attitude.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹10, ₹20,000.00 per month
