Job descriptionOperation Executive - Brand Onboarding & Operations SpecialistJob SummaryYOUGotaGift is looking for an experienced and organized Brand Onboarding & OperationsSpecialist to support the efficient setup and management of our merchant partners.With a keen attention to detail, the Specialist will be able to assist in daily activities of thePartnership Team, including but not limited to managing brand setup trackers,coordinating go-live activities, and ensuring contractual documentation is managed, toensure smooth business operations.Main ResponsibilitiesBrand Onboarding & Content Management- Prepare marketing collateral and manage preview links for new brands.- Conduct QC and testing, coordinate go-live activities, and upload store locations.- Update brand content, commission details, integrations, and gift card images.- Handle Arabic translations and maintain translation trackers.- Internal Operations & Compliance- Assist in managing contract renewals and addendums and manage payment term updates.- Manage the duplication of brands and brand changes (denomination, validity, commission updates).- Maintain all brand setup, go-live, and legal documentation trackers.Merchant Operations- Support in managing relationships with new & existing merchants, which includes updating content, and actioning other requirements from the merchants.- Tracking and Escalating all required action points for timely resolution.Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in any field.- 1 to 2 years of work experience in operations, data analysis, and corporate legal experience.- Excellent spoken and written English and communication skills.- Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.- High level of attention to detail and time management.You Can Have :- A cool, tech-focused environment- Best devices to work with.
