Job description Operation Executive - Brand Onboarding & Operations Specialist Job Summary YOUGotaGift is looking for an experienced and organized Brand Onboarding & Operations Specialist to support the efficient setup and management of our merchant partners. With a keen attention to detail, the Specialist will be able to assist in daily activities of the Partnership Team, including but not limited to managing brand setup trackers, coordinating go-live activities, and ensuring contractual documentation is managed, to ensure smooth business operations. Main Responsibilities Brand Onboarding & Content Management - Prepare marketing collateral and manage preview links for new brands. - Conduct QC and testing, coordinate go-live activities, and upload store locations. - Update brand content, commission details, integrations, and gift card images. - Handle Arabic translations and maintain translation trackers. - Internal Operations & Compliance - Assist in managing contract renewals and addendums and manage payment term updates. - Manage the duplication of brands and brand changes (denomination, validity, commission updates). - Maintain all brand setup, go-live, and legal documentation trackers. Merchant Operations - Support in managing relationships with new & existing merchants, which includes updating content, and actioning other requirements from the merchants. - Tracking and Escalating all required action points for timely resolution. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in any field. - 1 to 2 years of work experience in operations, data analysis, and corporate legal experience. - Excellent spoken and written English and communication skills. - Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. - High level of attention to detail and time management.
