Job descriptionOperation Executive - Brand Onboarding & Operations SpecialistJob SummaryYOUGotaGift is looking for an experienced and organized Brand Onboarding & OperationsSpecialist to support the efficient setup and management of our merchant partners.With a keen attention to detail, the Specialist will be able to assist in daily activities of thePartnership Team, including but not limited to managing brand setup trackers,coordinating go-live activities, and ensuring contractual documentation is managed, toensure smooth business operations.Main ResponsibilitiesBrand Onboarding & Content ManagementPrepare marketing collateral and manage preview links for new brands.Conduct QC and testing, coordinate go-live activities, and upload store locations.Update brand content, commission details, integrations, and gift card images.Handle Arabic translations and maintain translation trackers.Internal Operations & ComplianceAssist in managing contract renewals and addendums and manage payment term updates.Manage the duplication of brands and brand changes (denomination, validity, commission updates).Maintain all brand setup, go-live, and legal documentation trackers.Merchant OperationsSupport in managing relationships with new & existing merchants, which includes updating content, and actioning other requirements from the merchants.Tracking and Escalating all required action points for timely resolution.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in any field.1 to 2 years of work experience in operations, data analysis, and corporate legal experience.Excellent spoken and written English and communication skills.Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.High level of attention to detail and time management.You Can Have :A cool, tech-focused environmentBest devices to work with.
