Job description Operation Executive - Brand Onboarding & Operations Specialist Job Summary YOUGotaGift is looking for an experienced and organized Brand Onboarding & Operations Specialist to support the efficient setup and management of our merchant partners. With a keen attention to detail, the Specialist will be able to assist in daily activities of the Partnership Team, including but not limited to managing brand setup trackers, coordinating go-live activities, and ensuring contractual documentation is managed, to ensure smooth business operations. Main Responsibilities Brand Onboarding & Content Management Prepare marketing collateral and manage preview links for new brands. Conduct QC and testing, coordinate go-live activities, and upload store locations. Update brand content, commission details, integrations, and gift card images. Handle Arabic translations and maintain translation trackers. Internal Operations & Compliance Assist in managing contract renewals and addendums and manage payment term updates. Manage the duplication of brands and brand changes (denomination, validity, commission updates). Maintain all brand setup, go-live, and legal documentation trackers. Merchant Operations Support in managing relationships with new & existing merchants, which includes updating content, and actioning other requirements from the merchants. Tracking and Escalating all required action points for timely resolution. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in any field. 1 to 2 years of work experience in operations, data analysis, and corporate legal experience. Excellent spoken and written English and communication skills. Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint. High level of attention to detail and time management.
