Job Description:
Are you passionate about helping others find their ideal job? Do you have a knack for identifying talent and enjoy working in a collaborative environment? If so, we want you to join our team as a Junior Recruiter at Reva HR Solutions. In this role, you will support our recruitment team in sourcing candidates and ensuring a seamless hiring process for our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, from job posting to onboarding.
- Source and identify potential candidates through job boards, social media, and networking.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screenings and interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Maintain and update our candidate database and recruitment software.
- Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with candidates and clients.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Previous experience in recruitment, HR, or a related field is a plus but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with recruitment software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- High level of attention to detail and professionalism.
