Roles and responsibilities:

  • Handling end to end recruitment
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs
  • Designing and implementing recruiting systems for the organization
  • To source profiles based on the job description from various sourcing portals
  • Screening resumes, performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
  • Networking with various institutes, colleges and hiring partners for campus placements
  • Assist with all internal and external HR-related matters
  • Responsible for Employee Engagement and Employee Relation
  • Coordinate the on-boarding process to ensure a warm welcome for new employees
  • Schedule orientation sessions to introduce new hires to the company culture, values, policies, and procedures
  • Provide an overview of the organisation's history, mission, vision, and goals

Desired Candidate Profile :

  • Should Have hands-on experience in IT recruitment
  • Should have good communication skill
  • Should have more than 1 year of relevant experience
  • Should be ready to work from office
