Role & responsibilities :

  • Talent sourcing: Use job boards, social media, professional networks, and employee referrals to find and attract potential candidates.
  • Screening and selection: Review resumes, conduct initial phone screenings, and evaluate candidates for both technical and cultural fit.
  • Interview coordination: Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers or interview panels.
  • Hiring manager collaboration: Work with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide updates on the recruitment process.
  • Offer and onboarding: Prepare and extend offer letters, negotiate salaries, and assist with the new hire orientation and onboarding process.
  • Process management: Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and follow up with candidates throughout the process.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS).
  • Proficiency in sourcing techniques and platforms like LinkedIn.
  • Sound judgment and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Typically requires a bachelor's degree in a related field like Human Resources
