Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Executive role based in Pune. The Human Resources Executive will be responsible for managing HR operations, implementing HR policies, overseeing employee relations, and ensuring consistent alignment with the organization's objectives. Daily tasks will include addressing employee concerns, coordinating recruitment and onboarding, maintaining compliance with employment regulations, and promoting an inclusive and engaging workplace culture.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR), including recruitment and workforce planning.
  • Strong skills in HR Management and HR Operations to drive strategic initiatives and support organizational goals.
  • Experience in Employee Relations and implementation of HR Policies.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of labor laws and employment standards.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and independently when needed.
