  • Monitor system performance and identify issues affecting generation efficiency.
  • Conduct electrical testing and troubleshooting of inverters, junction boxes, and wiring.
  • Maintain log sheets and prepare daily generation and maintenance reports.
  • Ensure compliance with all safety protocols and standards.
  • Assist in installation and commissioning of new solar equipment when required.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • ITI / Diploma in Electrical or Electronics Engineering.
  • 13 years of experience in solar plant operation & maintenance (O&M).
  • Knowledge of electrical systems, inverters, and solar monitoring tools.
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work on-site and in outdoor conditions.
