Job Responsibilities:

  • *Installation and Maintenance*: Install, assemble, and maintain solar photovoltaic (PV) systems on rooftops and ground-mounted structures.

  • *Site Surveys*: Conduct site surveys, measure dimensions, and assess shading and roof conditions.

  • *Troubleshooting*: Troubleshoot, test, and repair solar equipment as required.

  • *Customer Education*: Educate customers on system performance, maintenance, and best practices.

  • *Safety Compliance*: Ensure compliance with safety standards and electrical codes.

Job Requirements:

  • *Education*: Diploma or certificate course in Electrical, Electronics, or relevant field.

  • *Experience*: 0-3 years of experience in solar PV installation (freshers with strong technical skills may also apply).

  • *Skills*: Knowledge of electrical wiring, load management, and renewable energy systems.

  • *Certifications*: ITI certification in Electrical or Electronics is preferred.

Salary Range:

  • ₹8,000 - ₹20,000 per month, depending on experience and performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ₹25,000.00 per month
