Key Responsibilities Areas:

  • Plan and execute Meta, Google & Snapchat ads.

  • Measure and create reporting for campaign performance against goals (ROI, CPC, CTR, CPM etc).

  • Identify trends and insights to optimize spend and performance.

  • Brainstorm new growth strategies through new avenue for paid traffic and apps to analyze and optimize the traffic.

  • Execute experiments and conversion tests, measuring outcomes.

  • Collaborate with internal teams to create and optimize landing pages.

  • Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience.

  • Identify critical conversion and drop-off points, optimizing user funnels.

Desired Skills :

  • Experience in setting up and optimizing on Meta, Google & Snapchat.

  • 2-5 years of experience in performance marketing.

  • And experience in D2C commerce brand would be a plus.

  • Strong analytical skills to evaluate end-to-end customer experience and optimize user funnels.

  • Ability to brainstorm and develop new growth strategies through paid channels.

  • Ability to measure and report campaign performance against ROI and KPIs, and identify trends and insights.

  • Experience in executing experiments and conversion tests, and measuring outcomes.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, TripleWhale, Hotjar, Coeee would be a plus.
