This position has a preference for Atlanta based candidates but can be fully remote for the right individual.  How You'll Make an Impact:
  • Front Desk Management: Oversee front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and staff.
  • Visitor Management: Manage visitor check‑in, identification, and hospitality to maintain security and professionalism.
  • Meeting Room Coordination: Schedule, prepare, and oversee meeting rooms including logistics and equipment setup.
  • Administrative Support: Provide clerical and administrative assistance to support daily office functions.
  • Mail and Courier Handling: Receive, distribute, and dispatch mail and courier services efficiently and accurately.
  • IT Asset Coordination Support: Assist in tracking, allocation, and maintenance of IT equipment and assets.
  • Office Supplies & Inventory: Manage office supply procurement, stock levels, and inventory control.
  • Employee Support: Offer general assistance and respond to staff needs to enhance workplace efficiency.
  • Support During Events: Provide logistical and operational support during company events and meetings.
 What You Bring:
  • Graduate from any stream or additional work experience in lieu of degree is required. 
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with ERP or ticketing tools.
  • 3-6 years of experience in administrative or facilities management in mid-size or enterprise IT/software organizations preferred.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

 Travel Expectations: This role may require travel up to 20% based on position and organizational needs.
Pay & Perks: For positions based in the U.S., the estimated salary range for this role is $65,000-$95,000. Final compensation depends on experience, skills, location, and other factors such as internal equity and budget.  Benefits of working here include:
