We are seeking a 
data-driven and creative Growth Hacker
 to accelerate our 
B2B sales pipeline
 and drive sustainable revenue growth. This role blends marketing, sales strategy, and product-led experimentation. You'll use analytics, automation, and innovation to identify scalable acquisition channels, improve lead conversion, and optimize the sales funnel for efficiency and impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and execute 
    growth experiments
     across digital channels (email, LinkedIn, ads, SEO, etc.) to generate qualified B2B leads.
  • Develop and optimize 
    data-backed sales funnels
    , from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Work closely with sales and marketing teams to 
    automate prospecting and outreach
     using tools like HubSpot, Apollo, or LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Analyze metrics such as CAC, LTV, MQL→SQL conversion, and churn to refine targeting and messaging.
  • Identify new 
    growth channels
     and partnership opportunities to expand reach within target industries.
  • Implement 
    A/B testing
     for landing pages, campaigns, and messaging to continuously improve performance.
  • Collaborate with content and product teams to craft 
    value-driven campaigns
     aligned with buyer personas.
  • Maintain and report on a 
    growth experiment dashboard
    , documenting wins, learnings, and next steps.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, sales enablement, or business development in a 
    B2B environment
    .
  • Proven track record of driving 
    revenue or pipeline growth
     through digital experimentation and automation.
  • Strong analytical mindset with proficiency in 
    CRM, analytics, and automation tools
     (HubSpot, Google Analytics, Zapier, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and storytelling skills to engage B2B audiences.
  • Understanding of B2B buyer journeys, sales cycles, and SaaS or tech industry dynamics.
  • Entrepreneurial, curious, and comfortable working in 
    fast-paced, high-growth environments
    .

  • Experience in 
    SaaS, enterprise tech, or startups

  • Familiarity with 
    ABM (Account-Based Marketing)
     and inbound/outbound hybrid sales strategies.
