Job Title: Customer Support Specialist

Mandatory : - Malayalam, Kannada and Hindi Language only

Location: Remote

Job Type: Full-Time

Salary: Up to 3-4 LPA (based on last drawn CTC)

Job Overview

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Relationship Specialist to engage with potential clients, explain our products/services, and provide consistent support across communication channels. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a positive attitude, and a passion for client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Product Training demos(Virtual Meet) and address client queries through calls, WhatsApp groups, and messages.
  • Provide detailed information about products/services and resolve customer concerns.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions and responses.
  • Follow up regularly to ensure client satisfaction and engagement.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in Hindi and English is mandatory. Knowledge of Kannada and Malayalam language is a must.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic proficiency in using computers and online tools.
  • Prior experience in telecalling, customer service, or client support is preferred.
