Role & responsibilities
- Fulfil incoming enquiries and ensure smooth order execution while resolving queries related to products, orders, and general support.
- Interact with customers via voice, chat, and email to deliver prompt and efficient support.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of goods and swift resolution of customer concerns.

Shift time: 10amto 07:00pm
Working Days : 6 Days ( Mon to Sat)
Weekends : Fixed Sunday OFF
