Job Description-
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Customer Support Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a customer-first attitude, and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle customer queries via phone, email, or chat in a professional manner.
- Resolve issues efficiently and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-ups.
- Collaborate with internal teams to address complex concerns.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies.
- RequirementsGender: Female candidates only (for team diversity or client preference).
- Experience: Minimum 2 years in customer service or support.
- Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
- Education: Graduate in any discipline preferred.
- Tech: Familiarity with CRM tools and MS Office is a plus.
