We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, and contribute to revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a sales-driven mindset, and the ability to understand market trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate new business leads through networking, cold calling, and online research.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
  • Present and promote products/services to clients effectively.
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and negotiate contracts.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan lead generation campaigns.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
  • Conduct market research to identify potential business opportunities.
  • Maintain records of sales activities in CRM tools.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in sales, business development, or related roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40, ₹60,000.00 per month
