Production Manager (Internship → Full-Time Opportunity)

At The Arab Crab, we're not just making clothes — we're building a vibe. We're looking for a hands-on, detail-loving Production Manager Intern who's ready to dive into the behind-the-scenes of fashion and grow with us.

What you'll be doing:

  • Head to the warehouse 3 times a week to keep things running smoothly
  • Chat with fabric vendors and make sure the right materials land on time
  • Work closely with our tailors to get pieces stitched to perfection
  • Keep track of stock + inventory so nothing slips through the cracks
  • Help manage orders and outfit flow from start to finish

Who we're looking for:

  • Organized but also flexible (fashion production always has surprises)
  • Someone who loves problem-solving and making things happen
  • Strong communicator who can handle vendors, tailors, and our team
  • Interested in growing with a creative fashion brand

This starts as an internship, but the goal is for you to step into a full-time Production Manager role with us. If you're looking for real, hands-on fashion industry experience and want to be part of a brand on the rise, we'd love to meet you.
