Job Description:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Designer to join our export house specializing in fashion accessories. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of color coordination, accessory design, and current fashion trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop innovative designs for fashion accessories (bags, belts, scarves, jewelry, etc.) in line with international market trends.
  • Create design concepts, mood boards, and color palettes for each collection.
  • Stay updated with global fashion trends, materials, and finishes relevant to accessories.
  • Coordinate colors, textures, and materials to create appealing and cohesive designs.
  • Work closely with the production and merchandising teams to ensure designs are feasible for mass production and meet export standards.
  • Prepare detailed technical drawings and specifications for sampling and production.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or diploma in Fashion Design, Accessory Design, or a related field.
  • Strong knowledge of color theory, trend forecasting, and fashion aesthetics.
  • Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, or CorelDRAW.
  • Good understanding of materials, trims, and finishes used in fashion accessories.
  • Creative mindset with excellent attention to detail and trend awareness.

Experience:

  • 1–3 years of experience in accessory or fashion design (export house experience preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15, ₹18,000.00 per month
