Key Responsibilities:
- Handle outbound calls in a professional and efficient manner.
- Provide accurate and timely information regarding products/services to customers.
- Resolve customer issues and complaints, ensuring high satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and follow up as required.
- Update customer records and systems based on interactions.
- Collaborate with other teams to address customer needs and improve service delivery.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a call center or customer service role (preferred).
- Excellent verbal communication and listening skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
- Proficient in using computers and customer service software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
