Role & responsibilities

  • Resolve international customer queries over chat.
  • Minimum 12months of international dual chat exp.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve satisfaction.
  • Build sustainable relationaships and trust with customer account throgh open and interactive commuincation.

Requirements and skills

  • Prove customer support experience or experience as a clinet service representative.
  • 35+WPM Typing speed with 90+accuracy.
  • Familiarity with CRM system and practices.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of characters.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritiz and manage time effectively.
  • Duale chat conturency.
  • Candidate must have 6 months of minimum chat exp.
  • Shift (Rotational - Majorly Night shift).
