Job Summary
We are hiring an HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end hiring for technical, creative, and operational roles. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating with department heads, and supporting the HR team in daily HR operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates using Indeed, LinkedIn, Naukri, and other platforms
- Conduct telephonic screening and schedule interviews
- Write and publish job descriptions
- Maintain hiring trackers and candidate databases
- Coordinate with managers to understand job requirements
- Manage joining formalities, offer letters, and onboarding documentation
- Support the HR team in attendance tracking and employee records
- Ensure timely follow-up with candidates and maintain professional communication
Requirements
- Freshers or 6–1 year of HR recruitment experience
- Strong communication skills (English )
- Good understanding of recruitment platforms
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word)
- Organized, disciplined, and detail-oriented
- Ability to handle multiple job openings at once
Preferred Skills
- Experience recruiting for technical or design roles is a plus
- Knowledge of HR documentation and HRMS tools
- Good people skills and professional attitude
Education
- Bachelor's degree in HR, BBA, MBA (HR), or any related field preferred
