We believe our people are our strongest asset, and we are looking for a motivated **Talent Acquisition Specialist** to join our HR team and help us build a skilled, passionate, and high-performing workforce.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Manage the full-cycle recruitment process for various roles (engineering, R&D, technical support, sales, marketing, and site engineers).
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective job descriptions.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and coordinate technical/managerial interviews.
- Support employer branding by creating engaging hiring campaigns and career postings.
- Ensure a smooth onboarding process in coordination with HR and operations teams.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-3 years of proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition (freshers with strong passion for HR may also apply).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and deliver under deadlines.
- Familiarity with job portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) and social media hiring.
- Knowledge of HR policies and labor compliance will be an added advantage.
