About the Role:

We are looking for a passionate and detail-oriented HR Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate will handle end-to-end recruitment — from sourcing and screening candidates to onboarding new hires — and play a key role in building a strong and talented workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle full-cycle recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding).
  • Draft and post job openings on various job portals and social media.
  • Source candidates using platforms like Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers.
  • Conduct initial HR screening and assess candidates' suitability for roles.
  • Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
  • Prepare offer letters and assist with joining formalities.
  • Support HR in other activities such as employee engagement and onboarding.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree (MBA in HR preferred).
  • Proven experience as an HR Recruiter or Talent Acquisition Executive.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Hands-on experience with job portals and LinkedIn search.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic HR tools.
