Job Overview:

We are hiring a female Accountant cum HR who can handle complete accounting operations and basic HR responsibilities for A2Z Interiors. The candidate must be confident, organized, and experienced in accounting software.

Key Responsibilities:Accounting:

  • Manage day-to-day accounting entries
  • Handle billing, invoicing & payment follow-ups
  • Maintain books of accounts and ledgers
  • Prepare GST, TDS & monthly financial reports
  • Manage vendor payments and purchase entries

HR Responsibilities:

  • Maintain attendance & staff records
  • Handle recruitment coordination
  • Assist in preparing offer letters & documents
  • Support basic HR operations

Required Skills:

  • Software Knowledge: Tally, Busy (mandatory)
  • Strong accounting knowledge
  • Good communication & coordination skills
  • Ability to manage office paperwork
  • Basic HR knowledge preferred

Qualification:

  • Graduate
  • Minimum 1–3 years of experience

Preferred Candidate:

  • Female candidate only
  • Residing in or near Rohini / North Delhi (preferred)
