Talent Acquisition cum Team Leader

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Talent Acquisition Specialist cum Team Leader to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and lead a team of recruiters. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sourcing, screening, and hiring for both IT and Non-IT roles (especially Manufacturing and Engineering sectors). You will be responsible for achieving hiring targets, mentoring team members, and ensuring timely delivery to clients.
Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
- Handle end-to-end recruitment process — from understanding client requirements to final selection and onboarding.
- Source and attract candidates using various job portals, social media, networking, and headhunting.
- Screen candidates through resumes, interviews, and assessments to ensure a good fit.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and clients.
- Negotiate offers and close positions within defined timelines.
Team Leadership
- Lead, mentor, and guide a team of recruiters to achieve individual and team hiring goals.
- Allocate job requirements to team members based on strengths and expertise.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
- Monitor daily and weekly productivity and ensure quality in candidate submissions.
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Maintain strong relationships with existing clients; ensure satisfaction through timely hiring delivery.
- Coordinate with clients to understand changing requirements and workforce planning.
- Support business development by participating in client meetings and discussions.
Reporting & Analysis
- Maintain accurate reports on recruitment metrics (open positions, closures, TAT, team performance, etc.).
- Identify gaps in sourcing strategies and recommend improvements.
Key Skills & Competencies:
- Proven experience in recruitment/staffing (3–7 years); at least 1–2 years in a team lead role.
- Strong knowledge of IT & Non-IT hiring, preferably manufacturing and engineering profiles.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.
- Hands-on experience with job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Leadership and team management skills.
