Are you an experienced Talent Acquisition/Recruiter looking for an opportunity to work remotely and collaborate with an innovative engineering and IT consulting company based in Stockholm? We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Talent Acquisition/Recruiter.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct full-cycle recruitment processes.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders.
- Utilize various recruitment tools and techniques to identify and attract top talent in Sweden.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market insights, and recruitment best practices to ensure effective and efficient talent acquisition.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Talent Acquisition/Recruiter, in the engineering or IT industry.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and techniques.
- Ability to work independently and remotely, with strong time management and organizational skills.
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- Availability to work in Indian time zones and coordinate with our team in Stockholm.
- Go get it attitude / Practical person who gets things done / result driven.
