We are a fast-growing, results-oriented organization focused on excellence, innovation, and building a world-class team. We’re seeking a skilled **Talent Acquisition Recruiter** to join us on a 3-month contract to support critical hiring initiatives and fill multiple key positions across various departments.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Partner with leadership to understand current hiring needs and future workforce planning.
- Develop job descriptions and recruitment strategies tailored to each open role.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and ensure a smooth, efficient process.
- Track metrics such as time-to-fill, source of hire, and quality-of-hire to evaluate and improve recruitment performance.
- Ensure compliance with company hiring policies and local labor laws.

**Key Requirements**:

- 3+ years of proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably in a fast-paced or startup environment.
- Demonstrated success hiring across various functions (e.g., sales, marketing, operations, tech, etc.).
- Excellent sourcing skills and a knack for identifying top talent.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven.
- Comfortable working independently and managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.

**Job Type**: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 3 months

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
