Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter based in Noida. The Recruiter will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, evaluating applicant qualifications, and coordinating with hiring managers. Additional responsibilities include managing job postings, maintaining candidate databases, and building a strong talent pipeline aligned with organizational needs. The role requires excellent organizational skills and a proactive approach to hiring top talent.

Qualifications

  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition expertise, including sourcing and interviewing skills
  • Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to engage with candidates and internal teams effectively
  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and talent management tools
  • Organizational and Time Management skills to handle multiple open positions efficiently
  • Knowledge of the IT or Salesforce industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and proactively solve recruitment challenges
