We are looking for an experienced and strategic
Sales Head
to lead and manage our e-commerce advertising campaigns across various marketplaces. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, optimizing ad performance, and developing data-driven strategies to enhance brand visibility and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute high-impact e-commerce advertising campaigns across platforms like Amazon, Flipkart, Zepto, Blinkit and Swiggy
- Lead a team of advertising specialists, ensuring effective campaign management, optimization, and performance tracking.
- Monitor key metrics such as ROI, ROAS, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates to improve ad efficiency.
- Identify new growth opportunities, emerging trends, and innovative strategies to scale ad revenues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and analytics, to align advertising efforts with business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with platform partners and stakeholders to stay ahead of industry trends.
- Prepare and present performance reports, insights, and recommendations to senior management.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize listings on third-party marketplaces like Amazon, Blinkit. Flipkart, Zepto and Swiggy
- Manage the relationship with key marketplace partners to maximize sales potential.
- Ensure compliance with marketplace policies and guidelines.
- Coordinate with the inventory and logistics teams to ensure product availability and timely order fulfilment.
Key Requirements:
- Proven track record of leading and scaling e-commerce advertising campaigns with a strong understanding of digital marketing.
- Expertise in PPC advertising across platforms
- Strong analytical skills with experience in using tools Amazon DSP, Meta Ads Manager, and other ad platforms.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
