Role Overview

We are seeking a reliable and trustworthy Personal Assistant to the Promoter, who will manage a blend of personal, professional, and driving responsibilities. The role demands flexibility, confidentiality, and strong organizational skills to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Personal & Professional Support

  • Act as the first point of contact for the Promoter, handling personal and professional errands.

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and follow-ups.

  • Ensure confidentiality and discretion at all times.

  • Driving & Vehicle Management

  • Safely drive the Promoter to office, meetings, and events.

  • Maintain vehicle cleanliness, documentation (insurance, PUC), and servicing schedules.

  • Ensure punctuality and readiness.

  • Errands, Coordination & Logistics

  • Handle purchases, banking tasks, deliveries, and vendor coordination.

  • Liaise with household staff and service providers.
  • Support in travel and ad-hoc requirements.

Requirements

  • Education: No formal criteria; basic literacy in Hindi/English preferred.
  • Experience: 1-5 years as a Personal Assistant, Driver, or in a similar support role.
  • License: Valid four-wheeler driving license (mandatory).

Competencies

  • High level of reliability, discipline, and integrity.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Flexibility with tasks and working hours.
  • Good knowledge of Mumbai routes and local areas.
  • Ability to multitask and follow instructions diligently.
