Forplanet Ingredients is looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Executive to join our dynamic team As a key member of our HR department, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent to help drive the success of our company.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for various roles within the organization.
  • Manage the full recruitment process from job posting to offer acceptance, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
  • Utilize various recruitment tools and platforms to proactively source and engage potential candidates.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of recruitment initiatives to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  • Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies and other talent acquisition partners.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our hiring processes.
