Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Junior Talent Acquisition Specialist with a target-based earning potential of up to 10k. In this position, you will manage the recruitment process from start to finish, including sourcing, screening, and hiring top talent. You will collaborate with hiring managers, ensure a seamless candidate experience, and help build a strong employer brand. This role also involves supporting recruitment strategies to meet hiring goals effectively.

Qualifications

Experience in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes

Proficiency in Employer Branding and Recruitment Strategies

Skilled in Interviewing and candidate assessment techniques

Strong Recruiting abilities with a focus on talent sourcing and placement

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work independently in a remote and dynamic environment

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred

Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools is a plus
