As a Business Development Executive, you are the voice of Landszo. You will be responsible for the single most important metric in our early-stage growth: 
inventory acquisition
. Your mission is to call and convince every real estate agent and broker in Gurgaon to list their properties on our revolutionary platform.

Responsibility :

  • Be the Engine of Growth: Drive a high-volume sales process by making calls per day to real estate agents, brokers, and channel partners across Gurgaon.
  • Master the Pitch: Clearly and passionately articulate the Landszo value proposition.
  • Onboard & Acquire: Your primary goal is to convince agents to sign up for our free platform to post their inventory. You will own the process from the first call to their first live listing.
  • Upsell & Convert: After building value, you will be responsible for upselling free users to our premium subscription packages, converting your hard-won relationships into revenue.
  • Manage Your Pipeline: Meticulously track all your calls, leads, and follow-ups in our CRM. You will manage a full sales pipeline from prospect to paying customer.
  • Be the Voice of the Market: You will be our ears on the ground, bringing back real-time feedback from agents to our product and marketing teams.
  • Negotiate pricing and close subscription deals
  • Build and maintain long-term client relationships to drive renewals and referrals
  • Gather feedback and market insights to help improve Landszo's offerings
  • Meet monthly sales and partnership targets

Requirements

  • 1-3+ years of experience
     in a high-volume telesales, B2B sales, or business development role.
  • A Fearless Hustler:
     You are resilient, motivated by targets, and don't get discouraged by 'no'. You have a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
  • Exceptional Communicator:
     You have flawless command of both 
    English and Hindi
    , with a clear, confident, and persuasive communication style.
  • Tech-Savvy:
     You are comfortable learning new software, can navigate a CRM with ease, and are excited to sell a technology product.
  • High Energy & Drive:
     You thrive in a fast-paced startup environment. You're proactive, energetic, and ready to build something from the ground up.
  • Bonus Points (Highly Preferred):
  • Experience in proptech/Real Estate
  • Experience in real estate or selling to real estate agents.
  • Experience at a B2B SaaS or marketplace company.
