Job Description

We are looking for an energetic and target-driven
Field Sales Executive (FMCG)
to join our team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in FMCG sales, strong negotiation skills, and the ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Visit retail shops, distributors, and modern trade outlets to generate sales.
  • Actively promote and sell FMCG products in the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Conduct market visits to track competitor activities and trends.
  • Ensure proper merchandising and product visibility in stores.
  • Maintain accurate records of visits, orders, and collections.
  • Report daily sales activities to the manager.

Required Skills & Competencies

  • Strong experience in FMCG field sales (3–4 years).
  • Must have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to identify customer needs and upsell effectively.
  • Good knowledge of local market dynamics.
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Must have a
    bike
    for field visits (mandatory).

Additional Requirements

  • Immediate joiner preferred.
  • Candidates residing near Film Nagar or nearby areas will be given preference.
