Job Title: Sales Executive (Field Sales)

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Executive (Field Sales) to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in FMCG sales, excellent communication skills, and a good command of MS Office tools. The role involves managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring strong market presence for our products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and key clients.
  • Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and gather insights.
  • Ensure timely collection of payments and handle any customer queries or issues.
  • Prepare and maintain sales reports using MS Office tools.
  • Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute promotional activities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Good understanding of the local Mumbai market.
  • Commission Based role.
