Job Title: Sales Executive (Field Sales)
Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Executive (Field Sales) to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in FMCG sales, excellent communication skills, and a good command of MS Office tools. The role involves managing client relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring strong market presence for our products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with retailers, distributors, and key clients.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand market reach.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Conduct regular market visits to monitor competitor activities and gather insights.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and handle any customer queries or issues.
- Prepare and maintain sales reports using MS Office tools.
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to execute promotional activities.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in field sales, preferably in the FMCG industry.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
- Good understanding of the local Mumbai market.
- Commission Based role.
