About Us

We are a supplier of eco-friendly, biodegradable food-service packaging made from bagasse (sugarcane fiber). Our product range includes plates, bowls, meal trays, clamshell containers, and other sustainable alternatives to plastic. We serve distributors, wholesalers, supermarkets, caterers, restaurants, cloud kitchens, hotels, events, and institutional buyers.

Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Field Sales Executive to expand our sales network, increase product penetration, and build long-term relationships with clients in the food-service and packaging sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and visit potential clients including distributors, wholesalers, retailers, caterers, and packaging buyers.
  • Pitch our biodegradable bagasse product range with strong product knowledge and sustainability benefits.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify leads, competitor activities, and pricing trends.
  • Generate new business through field visits, cold calls, and follow-ups.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat orders.
  • Explain product USP, price lists, MOQ, and delivery timelines clearly.
  • Coordinate with the internal team for order processing, dispatch, and after-sales support.
  • Maintain daily sales reports, customer feedback, and pipeline updates.
  • Participate in exhibitions, trade fairs, and promotional activities when required.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Minimum 1–3 years of field sales experience (FMCG/packaging/distribution industry preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build long-term client relationships.
  • Self-motivated with a passion for on-ground sales.
  • Two-wheeler and valid driving license required.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office / Google Sheets.
  • Experience in selling disposable products or B2B packaging will be an added advantage.
