Tender Manager (Male Only) – Immediate Joiner

Position Overview:

The Tender Manager will be responsible for managing the complete tendering process for government, corporate, and institutional projects. This role requires strong expertise in tender documentation, bid preparation, compliance management, and coordination with internal teams. Immediate joiner preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end tender process: tender search, evaluation, documentation, submission
  • Study tender requirements, technical specifications, and eligibility criteria
  • Prepare and compile all documents: technical bid, financial bid, compliance sheets, annexures
  • Coordinate with internal departments for required inputs (finance, operations, HR, procurement)
  • Maintain and update tender trackers, MIS, deadlines, and submission schedules
  • Ensure all tender submissions meet guidelines, formats, and compliance standards
  • Manage vendor registrations, empanelments, and e-tender portals
  • Handle online submissions on GEM, CPP, e-procurement, and state tender portals
  • Prepare presentations, project summaries, and supporting documents
  • Monitor tender results, follow-ups, and post-submission communication
  • Ensure timely renewal of certificates, registrations, and company documents
  • Support audits and maintain tender-related documentation

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Management, Commerce, Business Administration, or related field
  • 5–8 years of experience in tendering for government/skill development/education/projects
  • In-depth knowledge of GEM, CPP, e-Procurement portals, and tender compliance
  • Strong command in documentation, drafting, and technical writing
  • Excellent knowledge of financial and technical bid preparation
  • Strong coordination, deadline management, and analytical skills
  • High accuracy and attention to detail
