Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Serving Manager located in Gurugram. The Client Serving Manager will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring timely delivery of services, coordinating with internal teams, and identifying opportunities to enhance client satisfaction. The role demands strong communication, project management, and problem-solving skills to ensure seamless execution of campaigns and long-term client retention.

Qualifications

  • 2 to 5 years of experience in client servicing, preferably in a digital marketing or advertising agency
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple accounts and deliver results under tight deadlines
  • Experience in handling client briefs, campaign execution, and performance reporting
  • Proficiency in project management tools and CRM systems
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
  • Digital agency experience is highly preferred
