Job Description:

This is a full-time on-site role In Gurgaon. The personnel shall be responsible for the following roles and responsibilities:

  • Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in Event Management.
  • Responsible for Pitching and Onboarding fresh clients.
  • Servicing existing clients in accordance with the other departments.
  • Leading ideation sessions based on client briefs, ensuring the event design aligns with client objectives, in close coordination with the team.
  • Collaborating with various internal teams including Creative, Strategy, and Copywriting to develop events and activations that meet client briefs and budget constraints.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the event management process, from initial meetings to event execution.
  • Ensuring 100% familiarity on the Walk Credentials and sharing with clients/prospects to develop confidence & authenticity.
  • Managing operational and administrative functions to ensure specific projects are delivered efficiently.
  • Ensuring excellent client service and quality delivery.
  • Delivering presentations with minimal support and demonstrating proficiency in client interactions.
  • Assisting in Preparing Costing, Budget sheets and closure reports with the concerned departments.
  • Develop effective communication to give the creative brief to the Creative Team.
  • Being on site at all times during and before an event/activation to ensure & understand the technical equipment and fabrication part of the event/activation.
  • Conducting quality checks on prints, giveaways, and collateral to maintain high standards.
  • Researching and sharing innovative campaigns within the market with the client servicing team to inspire and enhance service offerings.
  • Invoicing and payment realization from Client for ongoing/previous events/activations.
  • Responsible to ensure client testimonial & review on areas of improvisation for further organisational development.
  • Post-mortem Report preparation after every event/ activation with the concerned departments.
  • Fostering effective communication with subordinates on projects and ensuring effective delegation of work.
