Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Success Manager at iCubesWire in Gurugram. The Customer Success Manager will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction, building and maintaining relationships, analyzing data for insights, focusing on customer retention, and providing top-notch customer service on a daily basis.

Qualifications

· Understanding the client's needs and expectations in terms of brand positioning and communication.

· Knowledge of Appsflyer, Branch, Affise.

· Managing internal workflow and developing strong partnerships with clients.

· Liaising with the clients on all aspects of marketing communications.

· Keeping clients up-to-date on their own and competitive activity

· Resolving Client issues and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns

· Co-ordinate with Client for campaign requirement through phone & Email.

· Manage timely campaign report to be shared with clients.

· Ensure campaign delivery by Coordinating with Publisher team.

· Assured results by testing campaigns for both Web & Mobile.

· Coordinate with client for timely closure of billing numbers and payments.

Candidate Profile:

· Hands on experience in Client Servicing in industry.

· Excellent communication & presentation skills.

· Must be dedicated to the success of the affiliate network.

· Must be willing to work round the clock.

· Knowledge of Affiliate Marketing is a must.
