We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented
Sales Manager
to lead our business growth in [BFSI, Real Estate, IT Parks, Healthcare, and Corporate sectors]. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, expanding market share, and leading a sales team to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth targets across assigned regions/sectors.
  • Identify new business opportunities through direct client engagement, consultants, architects, contractors, and OEM partnerships.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle: lead generation, presentations, proposal submission, negotiation, and deal closure.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (projects, operations, marketing) to deliver seamless client experience.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to position AdvantEdge as a trusted partner.
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales executives/engineers to exceed targets.
  • Prepare monthly/quarterly business reports and sales forecasts for management.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Graduate in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, or related field) / MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred.
  • 6–10 years of proven sales experience in
    Fire Safety, Security Systems, BMS, or ELV solutions industry
    .
  • Strong network with consultants, real estate developers, BFSI, IT, and corporate sector decision-makers.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to lead teams and manage multiple large accounts.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and basic knowledge of project costing/BOQs.
