Job Description: Guest Relation Executive

(Female Candidates Preferred)

Location: FoodBae, Electronic City, Bangalore

Position: Full-Time

Key ResponsibilitiesGuest Experience & Front-of-House Management

  • Welcome guests with warmth, ensure quick seating, and maintain smooth table flow.
  • Understand guest needs, preferences, and special requests; ensure they feel valued.
  • Manage waiting queues professionally during peak hours.
  • Monitor dining area atmosphere, cleanliness, and guest comfort.

Service Coordination

  • Work closely with service staff to ensure timely order-taking, food delivery, and follow-ups.
  • Communicate guest concerns or special instructions to kitchen and service teams.
  • Assist in handling reservations, takeaways, and online order pickups.

Feedback & Issue Resolution

  • Actively gather guest feedback and ensure concerns are resolved immediately.
  • Maintain a calm, solution-focused approach during complaints or service delays.
  • Report recurring issues to management and suggest improvements.

Brand Representation

  • Maintain a polished, professional appearance at all times.
  • Uphold FoodBae's service standards and customer-first culture.
  • Engage with guests politely, fostering repeat visits and positive reviews.

Skills & Requirements

  • Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of Kannada/Hindi is an advantage.
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and a naturally warm personality.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure, fast-paced environments.
  • Customer service experience in restaurants or hospitality preferred.
  • Basic knowledge of reservation systems and billing software (training will be provided).
