What You'll Do:

  • Identify, connect, and build relationships with
    schools, colleges, and training institutes
    .
  • Generate qualified leads through
    calls, research, and social outreach
    .
  • Prepare and present proposals,
    pitch customized drone-based education solutions
    , and manage client discussions from inquiry to closure.
  • Work closely with the
    technical, R&D, and marketing teams
    to enhance client experience.
  • Maintain CRM data, call logs, and performance reports.
  • Drive
    sales growth, client satisfaction, and retention
    through proactive engagement.

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in
    English & Tamil
    .
  • Female candidates preferred
    , especially from
    B-schools
    with
    MBA in Marketing
    .
  • Educational background in
    ECE / EEE
    or related technical field is an advantage.
  • 1–3 years of experience in
    business development, inside sales, or client servicing
    (freshers with strong potential may also apply).
  • Passionate about
    Drone, GPS & IoT-based education
    .
  • Candidates with a
    Drone Pilot Licence
    will be given preference.
